Away Day Guide - Leeds United

Travel

Official Coach:
As yet we don't have any confirmed details on official coach details and prices. Check back soon for an update.

By Car:
Follow the Motorway M1 and then onto the M621. You will pass the ground on your left and then you need to take the next exit from the motorway and turn left onto the A6110 ring road. Take the next left onto Elland Road for the ground. Just as you go under a railway bridge there are entrances on either side to a couple of very large car parks (£3). source: footballgroundguide.co.uk

If you get there early you should find a decent car parking space for free on one of the roads nearby.

Estimated Duration: 4 hours

Detailed Directions:
click here to visit MapQuestEnter LS11 0ES as the postcode for the destination.

By Train:
Elland Road is about 35 minutes walk from the nearest train station. A taxi or a shuttle bus is your best option to getting to the ground from the station.

Food & Drink

Pubs For Away Fans:
The Peacock is best avoided according to footballgroundguide.co.uk. Away supporters should try the Dry Salters pub. This is about 10 minutes walk away from the ground. To find this pub, with the Old Peacock pub behind you turn left and follow the road down to the very end, go pass the entrances to a number of car parks and go under a railway bridge. At the end of the road, turn left along the dual carriageway and the pub is a short way down tucked in on the left.

The Ground

The East Stand which is to the right of the away supporters end is the dominant stand which holds 17,000 people. Away fans are situated in the South East corner of the ground and are situated right next to the home fans in this large stand. The ticket office will begin selling tickets at the top of the stand.
