Guillem Bauza Mayol was born in Palma de Mallorca in the Balearic Islands.

Mayol has been a regular for Espanyol's Reserve side who play in Segunda B in Spain. He has also played for the Spanish International side at Under-16,17 and Under-20 level.

Mayol has also played in the U-20's world cup alongside Atletico Madrid Striker Fernando Torres.

Mayol seems to be the play maker we have been lacking in previous seasons and has according to the Official site an impressive assists record.

He is also a qualified teacher and speaks exellent English.

Mayol also has a nickname "Bussy" well lets hope he is a Bussy bee on the pitch.
