Opposition Focus: Swindon Town

Opposition Focus: Swindon Town
Swindon Town FC secured promotion from leauge one last campaign a year after being relegated to League two.

5th up in our Opposition focus series is Robins Vital Editor Gary Stanley answers a few questions on next seasons League one Campaign.

1.What Is your name ?

Gary Stanley

2.How Long have you supported Swindon Town FC?

'Since 1983 when I started going to games with my Dad '

3.Do you think you will do well in L1 Next season?

'It depends really. Paul Sturrock knows how to get teams out of League One but there is a big difference between Leagues 1 and 2. We were shocking in League 1 but great in League 2. I expect between 15-18 this season then maybe push on next season.'

4.Where do you think you will strengthen for next season?

'Everywhere bar goalkeeping to be honest. Paul Sturrock has already brought in Craig Easton one of the best midfielders in League One last season and Hasney Aljofree from Championship side Plymouth. We need a striker though.'

5. Who do you think is Swansea's most dangerous player?

'Lee Trundle, Can't stand him but he knows where the net is. '

6.Where do you think Walsall and Swansea will come next season?

'To The County Ground and Library Stadium'

7.Will you be making the journey to the Liberty Stadium next season ?

': I did it on a Tuesday night last time we were in League One and will make the journey again. Hope its not pouring down with rain this time..'

Thank you Gary and have a safe trip down should you make the journey to south wales.
