Swansea City Complete Chelsea Striker Abraham Loan

Swansea City Complete Chelsea Striker Abraham Loan
Swansea City have confirmed their second Summer signing today, as Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham joins on a season-long loan.

The Swans confirmed the news today on their official site here

The arrival of the 19 year-old has been expected for a number of weeks now, but we've had to wait for his under-21 European championship campaign to end and for him to sign a new five-year contract at Stamford Bridge.

Abraham mainly plays as a striker, but can also play on either wing. He spent last season in the Championship, playing a key role in Bristol City's fight against relegation, scoring 23 goals in 41 appearances.
