Montero Injury Blow For Swansea City
The winger suffered the injury midway through the first half during the Boxing Day 1-0 home win against Aston Villa.
The Ecuadorian's run won the free kick that allowed Gylfi Sigurdsson to fire in the all-important winning goal after just 13 minutes.
Hamstring injuries can see players sidelined for 2 months or more, but fortunately, Montero is only expected to be out of action for four weeks.
Any absence for Montero is a big blow for Swansea City as he's been in superb form since earning a deserved regular starting place on the left wing.
His constant tricky and pacy runs have caused all sorts of problems for opposition full backs and with Modou Barrow missing from the game at Anfield, manager Garry Monk currently only has Marvin Emnes as back up to winger duo Wayne Routledge and Nathan Dyer.
