Graham Could Also Miss Blackburn Game

Swansea City could suffer a double injury blow if striker Danny Graham isn't fit for Saturday's trip to Blackburn Rovers.

Angel Rangel looks set to miss the game against the struggling Premier League side, and Graham is also a big doubt as both players suffered ankle injuries during Sunday's 0-0 draw at home to Aston Villa.

Both players had x-rays, which confirmed no bone damage, but the medical team at the club are waiting for the swelling to go down before they can accurately determine the extent of the injury.

Rodgers talked briefly about the players' injuries and said:

"Danny suffered a soft tissue injury. It is too early to say if he will be available for Blackburn.

"It could be a bit longer for Angel - maybe a couple of weeks. There was no damage on the x-ray but we need to look at his ankle ligament."
