Gower & Borini Expected To Be Fit For Millwall

Swansea City are expected to see Mark Gower and Fabio Borini shake off injury knocks to be fit for Saturday's trip to Millwall.

Central midfielder Mark Gower missed Monday's 4-1 home win against Ipswich with a minor ankle problem, while Fabio Borini was replaced at half time after suffering some swelling above the ankle.

Both players - key to our promotion bid via the play-offs should fully recover for Saturday. Manager Brendan Rodgers said:

Fabio had a bit of swelling just above the ankle,''

'He could have probably kept on playing, but it was a good chance for him to have a rest.

'And it shows the strength of the squad we have Scott Sinclair to come on from the bench.''
