YOUR Views - Huw Jenkins & The Board
There's been a lot of debate on the Message Forum recently about the chairman Huw Jenkins, the rest of the board and their ambition to take the club forward.

You can read the comments on the main Message Forum topic here

Some fans here on Vital Swansea are questioning the ability of our chairman and the ambition across the whole Board about how they are going to take us forward. There's been mentions of whether or not they're fully committed to the possibility of us going up into the Premiership within the next few years, while other fans keep reminding us of where we were 7 years ago and how fortunate we are to be in our position, after the difficulties that surrounded the club in 2003.

Our wage budget has also been a concern for some supporters. Should we begin to revise our current strict wage policy to increase our chances of signing better players, or keep it as it is to continue our current financial plan?

Is the current chairman and Board of Directors the right people to take us forward? Are you happy and confident that they have the right ambitions and motivation to deliver what we all want - Premiership football?
