Beattie Could Return On Saturday

Striker Craig Beattie could make a return from injury on Saturday as Swansea City host Nottingham Forest at the Liberty Stadium.

Our record signing has missed the last two games with a knee injury but he could give us a vital boost on the weekend if he's match fit.

Paulo Sousa has been rather undecided in his best forward option since Beattie has been sidelined. He fielded Pintado on his own away at Peterborough United but he changed things on Tuesday night by giving Besian Idrizaj his first start. He struggled, and the Swansea boss changed formation to 4-4-2 and brought on Pintado and Trundle which made an immediate impact, as both combined to give us the winning goal.

Lee Trundle has been giving Paulo Sousa plenty of reasons to start him after scoring 3 goals in the last 2 games.
