Chief Scout
Kevin Reeves was born in 1957.
Reeves started his career with Bournemouth fc under the management of John Bond. He then moved to Norwich City for £50,000 in February 1977.
e made his International Debut in November 1979 against Bulgaria.
After a few seasons With The Canaries he became Norwich City's first £1 million pound player sale. He moved to Manchester City for that golden fee in March 1980. He made 133 appearances for Norwich scoring 42 goals.
Reeves went onto make 130 appearances for Manchester City scoring 34 goals. He also featured in the 1981 FA cup Final replay vs Tottenham.
He moved to Burnley in 1983 however his career was to be cut short due to an hip injury.
Reeves did not give up football and was given a coaching role at Burnley . He then moved on and went into the into amateur football set up. He was part of the back room staff with Boston Town, Barrow and Yeovil Town.
A call from Birmingham City came and he was appointed as youth coach under former manager John Bond in February 1986 . Reeves then moved on in May 1987 to Crewe as PFA representative.
A move to Wrexham under Bryan Flynn was on the cards and worked as Flynn's Assistant manager. Reeves left Wrexham in rather acrimonious terms in 2001 having his contract null and voided.
In September 2002 Reeves was named as First team coach at Swansea City. He has been with the club ever since , his role has changed and is now the Clubs Chief Scout.
