Swansea City are still yet to record their first win of the new season as they drew 2-2 with Scunthorpe at Glanford Park.
Alan Tate returned after suspension and started in midfield in place of O'Leary, but he lasted just 16 minutes after being sent off, and he'll now be issued with yet another ban.
It looked like an uphill struggle from here but surprisingly Andy Robinson got us off to a great start on the stroke of half time, putting us 1-0 up at half time.
However, Scunthorpe soon brought the scores level 4 minutes into the second half with a penalty scored by skipper, Andy Crosby. Tommy Williams' season went from bad to worse after conceding the spot kick that lead to their equaliser.
Midway through the half and Billy Sharp put the hosts in front.
Despite conceding a penalty early in the second half, he did assist our equaliser though as he provided the cross as Fallon headed home in the 78th minute to earn us a point.
Jackett made 2 changes to Saturday's side, Tate played in midfield instead of O'Leary and Butler was dropped in favour of McLeod.
Akinfenwa was also unlucky not to get a starting place as he was joined by Trundle on the bench.
Garry Monk was stretched off after half an hour and was replaced by Kevin Austin while Trundle replaced Knight at the start of the second half.
