Swans Duo Start For Wales U-21's

Swansea City midfield duo Shaun MacDonald and Joe Allen started for Wales under-21's today as they beat Malta 4-0.

Both players have cemented a regular first team place within Brian Flynn's side and also played in the fantastic win over France in the Euro 2008 Qualifying group.

Today's 4-0 win, with goals from Evans (2), Church and Williams puts us top of Group 10, 1 point ahead of Romania and France.

With 3 games left to play, against Bosnia and Romania (twice), things are so far looking good for us to quality for the major competition.

great to see them starting regularly for the national side. 4 more goals today so they must be doing something right! though allen struggled in the league last week.
