Wise Leaves Leeds To Join Newcastle

One of Swansea City's main League One promotion rivals Leeds have lost their manager today.

After losing Poyet as he joined Ramos at Tottenham last year, Dennis Wise has gone the same route to the Premiership to become Director of Football at Newcastle United.

There has been speculation lately about the possible departure and it could well affect their push for a return to the Championship.

It's good news for us Swans however, not only won't we have put have with him for the remainder of the season but Leeds could stutter as they try to find a replacement.

They have been fighting against a 15-point deduction which they quickly got rid of at the start of the season.

Their early impressive form seemed to deteriorate following Poyet's departure and they currently sit in 5th place with 44 points.

It's definitely good news for us, but why now, I guess he realised he wasn't gonna get promotion.

I'm not sure who's making the biggest mistake. Wise or Newcastle? They're both laughing stocks if you ask me.
