Wilson Thanks Swansea Staff
Hartlepool United Manager Danny Wilson has praised Swansea City staff for their magnanimity after the tragic death of 20 Year old Midfeilder Michael Maidens on the weekend.
Wilson and his Hartlepool squad had been in Swansea to play a leauge one fixture vs Swansea City on Saturday afternoon.By mutual agreement both clubs immediately postponed the fixture. The match then was was subsequently called off officially at 11.45 am.
Swansea City Chaplain The Reverend Kevin Johns , Roberto Martinez and Assistant manager Graham Jones visited Hartlepool Players , Staff and representatives at their Marriott Hotel in the marina.
Wilson has thanked Swansea City for their understanding and kindness shown in the aftermath of the news from North Yorkshire.South Wales police also were praised for their actions.

Hartlepool United players will all play with Maidens number 25 shirt against Brighton and Hove Albion on the weekend.
The rearranged fixture will now be played on Tuesday 27th November at 7.45pm
