Feeney In Team Of The Week

On loan striker Warren Feeney was named in this week's League One team of the week.

The Cardiff City forward netted twice to seal yesterday's 4-1 away at Bournemouth. Since his temporary switch from Ninian Park, he has made 3 starts and has scored 4 goals.

He also scored the winner against Swindon at home 2 weeks ago.

Team of the Week:
Jan Budtz (Hartlepool)
Luke Chambers (Nottm Forest)
Tommy Elphick (Brighton)
Tamika Mkandawire (Leyton Orient)
Stephen Hammell(Southend)
Brian Stock (Doncaster)
Richard Wellens (Doncaster)
Kris Commons (Nottm Forest)
Sebastien Carole (Leeds)
Warren Feeney (Swansea)
Lloyd Owusu (Yeovil)

On the Vital Swansea forum here, fans have been debating whether they'd like us to sign Feeney on a permenant transfer.

Another debate has been about the recent poor performances of top scorer Jason Scotland.

Should Scotland be dropped or shouldn't we change a winning side?

With 2 goals on sunday it is no wonder he is in the team of the week.

He seems to be finding his feet well. Hopefully he can keep knocking the goals away and help us to the championship!
