League One Round-Up

Swansea City have a game in hand after Friday night's game at Cheltenham was postponed because of international call-ups.

After today's results, the Swans have dropped down to 15th place.

Leeds continue their impressive 100% winning run and have already got rid of their 15 point deduction. Goals from Kandol and Beckford either side of half time gave them a 2-0 win against Hartlepool.

Leyton Orient stay top as Adam Boyd gave them all three points, scoring the only goal at home to Bournemouth.

They maintain a 3-point gap at the top as Tranmere beat Carlisle away from home.

Southend got back to winning ways this weekend as they comfortably beat Gillingham 3-0 on home soil.

There was only one draw in League One today as Walsall were held to a goalless draw at home by Port Vale.

A brace from Lambert handed Bristol Rovers an impressive away win against Luton as they enter the play-off places with 9 points from 5 games.

After Tuesday's heavy 4-1 defeat away at Grimsby in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy, Huddersfield failed to come back with a win in the league as Crewe beat them 2-0 at home. Lee Barnard and Eugen Bopp scored their first goals for Alexandra.

Tomorrow, Swindon Town take on Yeovil at the County Ground. A win for either side will take them up into the top 6.

Next up for the Swans is Carlisle at home next Friday. They lost at home to Tranmere today while a win would have seen them level on points with leaders Leyton Orient.

ye oritent have surprised me aswell, how long will it last...the same question has to be asked for leeds. Thier squad doesnt seem to be superior to anybody elses. i think they are riding a tiny but of good fortune..which to be fair to them, they deserve after the last few years
