FT: Wales 0-2 Germany

FT: Wales 0-2 Germany

Swansea City aren't playing this weekend so our attentions turn to Wales as they take on Germany in a Euro 2008 Qualifier.

German tv station ZDF predicted a 2-0 win for the Germans and also cited the players missing as a reason behind their predictions.

With both Ryan Giggs and Craig Bellamy out of the picture this game was always going to be tough as German national coach Joachim Löw had a full strength side to call upon.

Wales had the worst possible start to the game when in-form Schalke04 Striker Kevin Kurányi Worked Germany into a good position. Kuranyi released Bayern Munchen striker Miroslav Klose who scored for Germany.

The visitors looked to have sealed the victory as Klose has scored his 2nd of the game and doubled Germany's lead. Bale conceded possession deep in our own half, the cross came in and the unmarked Klose easily headed home from close range.

Full Time: Wales 0-2 Germany
