Swansea City GOTM August Results

Paul Anderson won our Goal of the Month vote for August with a spectacular volley at home to Walsall in the Carling Cup.

The two other contenders for August were both from Scotland. His strike on the opening day away at Oldham and his goal at home to Walsall.

Anderson's goal dominated the vote, claiming 24 votes. 8 people voted for Scotland's strike in the same game while his goal against Oldham received no votes.

not surprised he won it by a mile! great strike from him! the best is yet to come from anderson.

It was a quality strike and if his form continues then he could definately provide us with a fair few goals from midfield!
