More Signings On The Way?

Swansea City Chairman Huw Jenkins has hinted that there may be more new faces coming into the squad for next season .

After the arival of players such as Darryl Duffy , Mayol , Paul Anderson and Ferrie Bodde the Squad already has strength and depth. This latest signal by the club that more new faces will be coming into the club raises the competition for places in the squad even higher.

Swansea City chairman Huw Jenkinstold The South Wales Evening Post:

''We have recruited well over the summer and at the moment we have a very strong squad in place.'

Roberto is using his contacts to look at players while (chief scout) Kevin Reeves is working hard in ensuring no stone is left unturned.'

We have brought in eight players so far and there may be more coming in. Your paper [The South Wales Evening Post] has said that we are looking for a centre-half and I'm sure Roberto is working hard on it.'

It is no secret that we need a Centre Back for the coming season lets hope we can add one to the back line before the season kicks off.

I reckon you should get a centre back and the two trialists.
