Oldham Away Is First For Swans

Fixtures for the 2007/08 season have been announced and Swansea will face an away trip to Boundary Park to face Oldham Athletic on Saturday 11th August.

Swansea will have their first home fixture on the 18th August to League One favorites Nottingham Forest.

Other important fixtures to look out for is our visit to Elland Road to face Leeds on Saturday 22nd September. They visit the Liberty Stadium on Saturday 29th December.

Swansea have short away trips to Cheltenham (Sat 8th Sept), Bristol Rovers (Sat 8th Dec) and Swindon (Sat 1st Jan).

Not a dream start with the first game being played away but as Martinez said we've had our first game at home for the previous five seasons so we've not done to badly.

It means we could be 3 points up by the time we play our 1st home game and it would be nice to get 1 over Oldham after us not making the playoffs.
