Welcome to the new Swansea City AFC.co.uk website. After around 18 months running on phpnuke, we move on to bigger and better things at a new Sports Network – Vital Football.
Being an independent site since we began in July 2001 does have its advantages but the new network we are moving to does offer a lot of services that will benefit our visitors and continue to improve the website.
We’ve always lacked rival fans visiting and banter between sets of supporters so I’m sure we’ll see more with over 100 other club sites being hosted with Vital Football!
All the main features will be kept including match highlights, prediction league, downloads and a similar format to the new message forum.
Members signed up before 17th October 2005 have been transferred over. Your passwords however have been reset and emails will be sent out with details about this. If you are still yet to receive a notification, you can use the forgot password facility in the forum. Click here
Match photos will still be available for the home games and will be posted in galleries within the forum’s album feature.
The network will continue to grow and many more features and improvements will be installed in the near future. Competitions and games will soon be introduced so rival fans can compete together to see which team comes out on top!
Many users will have different opinions on the new website but I feel as though the new one is much more simplified and easier to use.
The site is always open to receive fans views and if you would like to contribute to the website and get listed as a scafc.com journalist, please email us at the address below. Members, Swansea_till_I_die and robie supply weekly round-ups so feel free to add yourself to our growing list of site publishers.
Tell us what you think of the new website below, on our message forum or email us at: Kevin@swanseacityafc.co.uk
