Jones Close to Return

Jones Close to Return

After a lengty spell injured swans Midfeilder Owain Tudor Jones is looking forward to a return to the Swansea first team.

Owain has been troubled by injury all season and has had to fly to America to seek advanced treatment on his Knee injury in Colorado.Owain has been missed in the Swansea midfeild and the Under 21 international was in determined mood for the up coming 2007/08 season.

OTJ said on the whole injury process to the south wales evening post :

' ''I can't stress how difficult it has been but the important thing is not to let it affect you too much...

'm looking forward to playing football again and the daily training with the lads. It's been quite a lonely time and I can't wait to get back out there.'''

This is fantastic news for both Owain and the club. There are a number of players who should come back from injury to start the season including Darren Pratley, Darren Way and Bayo. Welcome Back Owain.

It will be good to see owain back in the mix. I hope he does well for us and that he is finally rewarded with his first international cap that he deserves!
