Blackwell For Manager Talks?

Former Leeds manager Kevin Blackwell is set to hold talks with the Swans about taking over as manager following the departure of Kenny Jackett.

Blackwell's been out of work since he was sacked by Leeds 5 months ago and he has spent some of the time travelling across Europe and South America learning new coaching techniques.

Blackwell said: "I hope my record speaks for itself. I am one of the most qualified coaches in Europe, but I still think you have got to try to learn more and that is why I`ve been abroad in recent months,"

Check back soon for a full profile of another candidate for manager, Kevin Blackwell. We will also be profiling Dean Saunders and Roberto Martinez this week.

after that shower of ***** last night, any manager will have they work cut out. i have said it all a long they are so overated and over paid, we should not expect anything less i am sorry to have to say these things but its true, they play for they pay check and not for the love of the club, i dont mean all but all the big time players. well thats what they think. we be lucky to finish in top 10. thats how bad we are. and its going to show that kj was not at fault its the player and have been all a long. they got to give more respect to the manager and hope the new manager will demand it fron them. they all need a good beating!!!

how can you not blame Jackett? He signed the players, plays them in certain positions and trains them to get them playing his way. It's down to the manager to get them together playing as a team. Both the players and the manager were to blame. Not just anyone could manage Chelsea with all that money and get them titles.
