Britton: We Need 4 Points Minimum In Next 2 Home Games

Leon Britton believes his side need to be looking to get at least 4 points from the next two home games - as we host newcomers Huddersfield Town on Saturday before Leicester City the weekend after.

After two relegation battles in the last two seasons, it's not looking like that's going to change this year, as we're already back in the bottom three after losses against West Ham and three already at home.

Relegation-threatened teams usually rely on their home form for survival, we certainly have in recent seasons, but we need to end our run of 3 consecutive home defeats and quickly find some form at the Liberty Stadium.

Leon Britton, who returned to the starting line-up at West Ham, told the Official site that the Swans need to be looking at getting a win and a draw in the next two home games.

"We have Huddersfield and Leicester coming up next and they are huge games for us,"

"We haven`t won at home yet this season, whereas last year our home form after the manager arrived in January was very good.

"We need at least one win from these two games - probably four points at least.

"We don`t want the table looking bad so we need to make these home games count."

Talking about our next opponents, Hudderfield, Britton added:

"They did really well last season to get promoted and they have shown already that they can compete at this level,"

"We have to focus on producing a performance this weekend that will give us a chance of getting a result, then we can think about Leicester next week.

"We know we have to be better at home, and it`s down to us players to make that happen."

The fans made their feelings known during the Watford home defeat, as they called for 'Leon', and the next game, Clement brought him back into the team. Should Clement stick with Leon Britton? Or does he need to be braver and give Roque Mesa a chance in midfield? Let us know in the comments below...
