Monk Could Return In 4 Weeks

Monk Could Return In 4 Weeks

Swansea City have been boosted with the news that Garry Monk could make a return in 4 weeks.

The centre back damaged knee ligaments in the 2-2 draw away at Scunthorpe in August. It was originally thought he'd be out for the rest of the season but the 27 year-old is expected to feature in a reserves match in the next few weeks.

The club skipper was also involved in his first training session this week.

I'm glad hes recovering but he's not going to add anything to our squad and should now continue his career at another club.

i disagree, i think he adds a calming influence to our defence, which at times is sorely needed. i say get him back in the team soon as!
