Fallon Looks Set For £300,000 Move

Rory Fallon looks set for a £300,000 move to Plymouth as boss Ian Holloway confirms he is at Home Park for contract talks.

The original bid was rejected by the Swans but they have decided to accept the offer after Fallon showed his desire to play in the Championship.

Rory told the Evening Post yesterday: "Who wouldn't want to go to the Championship?"

"It's one division off the Premiership and I think anyone playing in League One or below would want to go there.

"You always want to be playing Championship football. That's just human nature.

The official site stated today: It remains the club's policy to only retain players who are fully committed to Swansea City.

With Fallon out and Knight's future over, it's an absolute must now that Jackett signs a quality striker before the end of the month.

Otherwise, an injury to either Trundle or Akinfenwa could seriously affect our chances of promotion this season.

you never know he might do well with you, thats unless your fans start criticising him after a few games. he took ages to score his first goal for us.

I'm dissapointed that he's leaving as he's proven that he is a talented player (end of last season). Also does a lot of defending which goes un-noticed. No doubt the boo boys influenced his decision to go. Poor dab. Good luck Fallon! You've had to put up with a stupid price tag on your head aswell as the North Bank boo boys.
