Unhappy Meslian Returns Home

Sylvain Meslian's Swansea career looks to be over before it's even began after returning home to France.

It seems he isn't happy with the offer of a further 4-week deal and his short stay at the Liberty Stadium certainly looks to be over.

Jackett offered the French defender a one-month deal after a successful 2-week trial which was then extended by a further month.

Meslian then played just 36 minutes in his debut in the FA Cup game at Darlington and has hardly featured since.

This could well force Jackett to make a bold move for Birmingham's on loan left back Marcos Painter, who has impressed since joining nearly 2 months ago.

Painter is a must buy imo, had a brilliant loan spell so far, and surely not a risk splashing the cash on this lad
