Fallon Fuming After Brighton Miss

Striker Rory Fallon was fuming after missing the chance to score an unlikely equaliser away at Brighton on Tuesday night.

Swansea looked to have lost the game when Revell score his second of the game to make it 3-1 but Fallon gave us a glimpse of hope with a goal in the 90th minute. 4 minutes later, the ball fell to the Kiwi but he struck the ball over the bar from close range.

Fallon said: 'I was stretching for it, but by my standards I really should have scored,' Fallon said. 'Sometimes they go in and sometimes they don't, that's the way it goes.

'But I'm p***** off that it didn't go in.

'I don't take any pleasure from the fact that I did score one goal. I don't really care who scores - what matters is that the team wins games.'

'We looked a bit lethargic at Brighton and it's not easy when you're doing a lot of travelling,'

'But that's not really an excuse. This is the toughest time of the season, when you're playing a lot of games in a short space of time, and we've got to keep our standards up.'

The Swans play their third away game in a week as they travel North to Blackpool on Saturday.

anyone seen the miss then (?) because I haven't, or the goals. Bayo deserves his chance now with Trundle up front, they seem to play better together.

bayo nd trundle r quality up front together but jackett jus wants to kick balls to fallons head which ain much use we should keep the ball on the ground nd play some football
naythan_swans
fallon is so lucky at times, i bet some players in the squad can't believe how quickly he's back in the squad. bayo started just 1 game and was dropped for blackpool, a bit unfair, unless he was crap against brighton.
