Meslian Signs After Successful Trial

Swansea City have offered French left back Sylvain Meslian a one-month contract after a successful trial at the club.

The 26 year-old has been training with the Swansea squad for the last 2 weeks and there were reports early on that Jackett was impressed by his performance for the Reserves.

Kenny Jackett said: He has done very well in training and has set some very high standards so far,'

'He is very competitive, tenacious and has a sweet left foot. His fitness levels are also extremely high.

I think he has a future here and with so many games coming up he may get his chance soon.''
