Jackett Hit With Injuries

Swansea City boss Kenny Jackett could well be without midfield duo Darren Pratley and Owain Tudur-Jones for Saturday's FA Cup first round match away at Newport.

Both players were forced to leave the field on Friday in the game against Bournemouth because of injuries.

Kristian O'Leary and Alan Tate would probably be the most favoured replacements but both have been suffering with dead legs while Darren Way is still injured.

Tom Williams should be available though despite an ongoing hernia problem.

Kenny Jackett says he is keen to have a good run in the FA Cup. He said: 'I'm very keen to do well in the cup,'

'It would be terrific to have a run, I don't think it's something we've really cracked in my time here.

'Obviously, given that our first-round tie is a local derby, it's a game that we want to win.''
