The Best Rumour Of All?! Barca's Villa Linked
Is this the best rumour we've ever seen!? It has to be as Barcelona star David Villa is being linked with a move to Swansea City.
SkyBet has slashed their odds on the Spaniard to sign up at the Liberty Stadium from 40/1 to 8/11, just because some people have wasted a lot of money on the bet.
To put it into perspective, the Swans are being linked with a striker who has scored 53 international goals for Spain - one of the best sides in the world, plus the fact that he plays for also one of the best club teams in the world.
Villa spent 8 months on the sidelines with an injury, and in his first League game of this season, it took him just 7 minutes to score after coming on as a substitute.
I don't think that this rumour can be beaten, there has to be more chance of Swansea signing and fielding an actual Spanish villa up front than signing the Barcelona striker.
Might as well follow this with Messi's possible move in January too!

Lol it's not as ridiculous as Messi coming. Laudrup does know him etc, and he's out of favour and getting on. But still not gonna happen, since we couldn't afford his wages and clubs like Arsenal and Chelsea who need firepower would be more likely to want him.
However, I'd say he's more likely to come here than a mid table team like Fulham etc. It's one of the big boys or us in this country :P
