It's been a promising week for Swansea City, after three good performances in the space of 8 days, the fans seem generally more upbeat about our hopes and expectations for the season.
After an excellent start to the season, that saw Michael Laudrup's side win two and draw one in their opening three games, they got brought back down to earth with a bump as they lost three League games on the bounce.
The performances during that poor spell were reflected by the results and complete lack of goals. However, they bounced back with just one defeat in the last four - and that was an unfortunate 1-0 defeat against Manchester City.
The Swans look to be playing the football that we saw in the opening few games, slick and accurate passing with good attacking play, goals and decent enough defensive displays.
With the likes of Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal to follow, it's going to be one of the most difficult run of games they'll face all season, but already they've shown the potential to get valuable points against the bigger teams, after good performances against two title-chasing hopefuls. Carlos Tevez scored a superb 25-yard winner to deny Swansea City a deserved point at the Etihad Stadium, while Pablo Hernandez netted an equaliser to grab a point at home to Chelsea.
With an improved run of results in the past month, Swansea City fans seem obviously happier with Laudrup and the team - as they voted optimistically about our chances against Chelsea in a recent site poll.
Just 12% thought that we'd lose, with 57% voting for a win.
Also in the prediction league, so far, not one of the 27 predictions are for a Southampton win.
Our current poll asks for your man of the match against Chelsea, goalscorer Pablo Hernandez is so far the clear winner. Vote now on the right hand side of the website before we ask for your thoughts on Saturday's game against the Premier League new-boys Southampton.
