Swansea City Host Middlesbrough In League Cup

Swansea City will host Championship side Middlesbrough in the Capital One Cup Quarter Final.

The Swans progressed through to the last 8 of the League Cup competition for the first time in their history, as Michael Laudrup's side produced a superb performance to beat former manager Brendan Rodgers' Liverpool side 3-1 at Anfield.

Chico Flores opened the scoring for the Swans in the first half, heading in from de Guzman's corner, before Dyer doubled the lead with 18 minutes to play.

Substitutes Gerrard and Suarez linked up to get a goal back to set up a nervous end to the game, but the Swans counter-attacked to score a late third to guarantee a place in the quarter finals.

Norwich v Aston Villa

Bradford v Arsenal
