Trundle & Britton Injured

Trundle & Britton Injured

Our injury problems go from bad to worse as Lee Trundle and Leon Britton look set to miss Saturday's match at Leyton Orient.

Recent signing, Dennis Lawrence is out for a few weeks after suffering a groin injury during Tuesday's Carling Cup defeat at home to Wycombe, while Robinson won't be back in time as he's also out with an ankle injury.

The news comes as a blow to Jackett as Trundle , who scored both goals in the 2-0 win against Doncaster last Saturday, is out after picking up a hamstring injury in training.

Leon Britton is also suffering from a reoccurence of a knock he picked up last Saturday.

Garry Monk and Owain Tudur-Jones are also sidelined with injuries but there's good news for Darren Way and Shaun MacDonald who came through a reserve game this week.

Both players are expected to travel to Leyton Orient this weekend while Leon Knight should join them, despite picking up a knock to his ankle in the friendly against Bristol City.

Alan Tate is also available again after returning from a 3-match suspension.

We are now having injuries in midfield and attack. One change for a game isn't too bad, but we will have a lot of changes against Orient. We are having a lot of bad luck and cannot field a settled side yet.
