Swansea City drop to 19th in the league after today's 1-0 defeat against Oldham at Boundary Park.
Molango scored the only goal midway through the second half as the Latics took home all three points to record their first win of the season.
7 minutes later Trundle missed a chance to grab a point when he failed to score from the penalty spot.
Oldham boss John Sheridan said his side deserved the win, he said: "We matched a very good team and deserved the points. They have three of the best strikers in this division and were always going to be a threat.
"Overall we were the better side. We started to panic a little bit when we went in front but you can't ask for any more than a clean sheet.
"All the lads were outstanding and now they have to build on this result. I made a few changes to give us a bit more energy and tempo.
"It worked and we got the result we wanted. If we play like that all season we will definitely win more than we will lose.
"We are trying to play the right way, and now we are off the mark we can go forward with confidence. After losing our first two games everyone is happy.
"Nobody likes being near the bottom without even having scored a goal."
Jackett said: 'I felt we had a lot of chances and definitely didn't deserve to lose,''
'In the second-half we had the better of the game and the chances, but at the end of the day results are the bottom line and we are still looking for our first win.
'At the moment one or two things are not going our way, but we've got to keep going.
'As a group we have to work through it together and come out the other side stronger.
I know how much talent there is in this group of players and I know they can play better. I know there's more to come.''
"We had the better chances, particularly in the second half, and this time last year it would have been 1-0 the other way," he said.
"More than anything we probably haven't had the rub of the green, but I am not saying we played well.
"We need to improve by 50 per cent and hopefully some luck will also turn our way.
"It's a double edged sword, but we have conceded five times in three games and not kept a clean sheet.
"Perhaps there is a hangover from the play-offs, I just don't know. Last season we had big highs but we didn't quite go up and it could be the lads are feeling it."
The Swans will hope to do far far better when Doncaster visit the Liberty Stadium next Saturday.
