Tottenham Players Impressed by Swansea City

Some of the Tottenham players, including Gareth Bale, have been impressed by Swansea City's start to the season in the Premier League.

Brendan Rodgers' side continue to attract attention from players, managers and pundits for their attractive style of football, and Gareth Bale, Rafa Van Der Vaart and William Gallas all shared their views on the team they face at the Liberty Stadium today (3pm):

Welsh international, Gareth Bale - hailed as the 'perfect' footballer by Spurs boss Harry Redknapp, said:

"Swansea have been playing some great football, everyone speaks about how they play,'

'Ultimately we want to go there to get the three points, keep the pressure on the teams around us and keep the run going. Hopefully I`ll get a good reception!"

Van Der Vaart believes it'll be a tough game against a good home side:

'I saw Swansea and they have a good team, they play good football. They are strong, especially away from home it`s difficult, but we`re looking forward to it.'

William Gallas also added:

"It`s great when you win away. It shows we are strong, compact and we want to to get something at the end of the season.

"Swansea like to play football so it will be interesting to see how we are going to play and if we can beat them as well."
