Allen: We're Confident Ahead of Bolton Game

Swansea City midfielder Joe Allen says the team will be confident ahead of Saturday's home game against Bolton Wanderers despite dropping two points last weekend.

The Swans have yet to concede a single goal at home in the Premier League so far this season, but their away form is far from excellent, as they're still yet to win on their travels. Last weekend was a great opportunity to end our away losing run with a win, but we threw away a 2-0 lead to draw 2-2.

Joe Allen, who scored the second goal in that game, said:

'We have to make sure that our feeling of dropping two points doesn't cost us in the long term,'

'We are confident that it won't.

'To come away from home in our debut Premier League season and be disappointed that we haven't picked up three points shows how well we have played and also what we're hoping to achieve this season.'

'We understand the importance of beating teams around us such as Bolton, but we can't have a must-win attitude,'

'We're confident going into the home games in particular that we can make it as difficult as possible for opponents.

'Bolton will know they have been in a tough game.'

Saturday's game at home to Bolton Wanderers will see the return of former Swansea City midfielder Darren Pratley.
