Moras Aims To Prove Himself At Swansea City
New defender signing Vangelis Moras is aiming to prove himself at Swansea City to earn a longer deal after recently signing a three-month contract.
Manager Brendan Rodgers signed the 30 year-old Greek international as a free agent recently to boost his defensive options after he impressed enough whilst on trial at the club.
Moras has only signed a three-month contract which takes him up to January, but he's looking to earn himself a longer deal at the Liberty Stadium:
'It is important to be close as a squad if your objective is to remain in this league. The team needs to be a family, and I see that in this squad.
'I want to prove to the players and the manager that I am not just here for three months.
'The three months is to prove that I am part of this team. I don't know if I will be here at the end of the season but I will give my best to the team.
'I have got a lot of experience of playing in the top level in Italy and also for Greece in the World Cup and Olympics. So I feel I have something to offer the club.'
