Swansea City Reserves Beat Fulham 1-0

Craig Beattie scores again for the Swansea City Reserves as they beat Fulham 1-0 at Parc Y Scarlets.

Gerhard Tremmel put in an excellent performance, making some great saves including one from the penalty spot to help the Reserves win the game on a rainy night in Llanelli.

Andrea Orlandi returned for the Swans after injury, while Rafik Halliche started for Fulham. Swansea City failed to sign the defender on loan due to a problem with the paper work on transfer deadline day.

The winning goal came just before half time. Cotterill picked out Beattie and he got past two defenders before slotting the ball home.

beattie seems to be mentioned regularly as scoring for the reserves, he should at least get a place on the bench for us soon
