Swansea City's opening game against Manchester City has been moved to Monday 15th August (8pm kick-off).

The Swans' will kick-off live on Sky Sports in their debut Premier League season away to Manchester City in the newly-named Etihad Stadium.

The release of the live Sky Sports football schedule also see Swansea City take on Wolves and Aston Villa in the first quarter of the season on Saturday 22nd August (12:45pm kick-off) and at home Sunday 27th November (1:30pm kick-off) respectively.

The change may cause some headaches for travelling fans against Manchester City with it now having to accomodate the live TV cameras switching to a Monday night.

Get yourselves there boys. It will be a big start to the season for you and not one that City will relish.

10 games planned on sky so you will get plenty of views. This is bad news for the fans who have to travel from the South because of the knock on effect with work etc.
