Rodgers Looks Forward To Premier League Test

Swansea City manager Brendan Rodgers says he is looking forward to the tough test that faces him and his squad next season in the Premiership.

The 38 year-old can now concentrate on building his squad for next season after completing an incredible climb of Mount Kilimanjaro for charity.

Rodgers said:

'We're really looking forward to it,'

'We'll go out every game looking to defend our philosophy and the way we like to play football. We'll go and look to win every game that we play.

'Every player wants to be a Premier League player and as a young coach - I'm 38 years of age - to manage in the Premier League is a fantastic experience for me.

'I know the odds against us are phenomenal. We're going to go to every game and try to be as positive as we can be.

'We understand there are going to be some tricky games for us and we'll win, lose and draw along the way.'
