Parma President Confident Of Borini Signing
Parma President Tommaso Ghirardi says he is confident of securing the signing of Chelsea striker Fabio Borini.
The 20 year-old could be heading to his native Italy this Summer as he will leave Chelsea next month after failing to agree terms on a new contract.
After such an impressive loan spell at Swansea City since he joined in March, the club were obviously looking to sign him but it appears that Borini is far more tempted by a move to his home country.
Ghirardi told Sky Sport Italia:
"I want to clarify that for now the player still belongs to Chelsea,'
"It is an important transfer operation and we are optimistic that we can positively close the negotiations."
