Injured Priskin Returns To Ipswich Town
Tamas Priskin has returned to Ipswich Town early following his loan spell at Swansea City due to a knee injury.
The striker suffered medial knee ligament damage in a block tackle in training last week and has returned to Portman Road to recover.
Swansea City manager Brendan Rodgers said he'll be out for around 6 weeks:
'He has had the scan and unfortunately he would be struggling even for the play-off final if that's where we end up,'
'It's disappointing for Tamas because he has loved his time down here.'
Rodgers also responded when asked if he'd consider signing him permanently:
'I haven't thought about it. He suits our style and he has done well since he came here, but we will see.
'I am sure Paul Jewell will want to have a look at him and we'll see what happens from there.'
