Players Banned From Speaking To Media

Swansea City chairman Huw Jenkins has banned the players from speaking to the media ahead of the final 4 vital League games of the season.

The chairman wishes to keep the team focussed on the task in hand and I suppose it'll be good not to hear the same thing being said by the players each and every week. 'We can do it', 'We're confident of going up' etc etc but lately they've been unable to prove what they're saying away from home as our form on our travels has seen us drop down to 5th in the Championship table.

It's time to start doing our talking on the pitch and prove we're a promotion-side - and show the quality and grit needed to secure a place in the top flight of English football.

It's not known how long the players will be banned for speaking to the media.
