Jewell To Consider Offers For Priskin
Ipswich Town manager Paul Jewell says he'll be willing to sell Tamas Priskin for the right price, if he receives an offer for him in the Summer.
The striker is currently on loan at Swansea City and manager Brendan Rodgers may consider making the move permanent at the end of the season if he proves to be a good addition to the team.
Jewell says Priskin still has a future at Portman Road, but will also listen to offers:
'Tamas was not in the team, even though he was close and was around the team.
'Hopefully he will do well at Swansea and maybe, just maybe, if he does well he might just get himself a move.
'He has a future at Ipswich, but if an offer came in that suited us, I would listen to it.
'But he's not getting pushed out of the door. If he had wanted to stay here at Ipswich, then it wouldn't have been a problem for him to stay.'
Swansea City will also be hoping to keep Fabio Borini permanently after he joined on loan recently from Chelsea. The young Italian striker is out of contract in the Summer and Rodgers has said there is the option to buy him. Despite being out of contract, Swansea will be required to pay compensation as he is under 24.
