Sinclair: We Can Bounce Back After Cardiff Defeat

Scott Sinclair says the team have bounced back before from defeats and can do so again after Sunday's loss at home to rivals Cardiff City.

Swansea City suffered a blow to their promotion hopes at the weekend, but after Alan Tate said that the loss wouldn't affect their season, Sinclair says that we can bounce back and get our promotion challenge back on track.

Rodgers' side had the opportunity to go up into 2nd place but a late Craig Bellamy goal means we now sit in 5th.

Sinclair told the Evening Post that it's important that we get back to winning ways on Saturday away at Middlesbrough:

'The team is disappointed but we've got to move on,'

'We can't do anything about that game now.

'The only thing we can do is go to Middlesbrough and get a result there.

'We've bounced back quite a few times this season and shown great character. Confidence is certainly not an issue at this club.'

'The best thing we can do is bounce back at Middlesbrough we can't be too disheartened by Sunday's result.'
