De Vries Looking Forward To Cardiff City Game

Dorus De Vries is now looking forward to Sunday's South Wales derby after a confidence-boosting win at Bristol City last night.

The Dutch goalkeeper kept his 14th clean sheet as a Darren Pratley brace gave us a 2-0 victory at Ashton Gate.

Swansea City had experienced a disappointing run of away form lately so it was good to see back to winning ways on our travels.

De Vries is now hoping we can do the double over Cardiff City on Sunday at the Liberty Stadium:

'It is a special derby and let's hope we can do the double.'

'Now we can we can look forward to Sunday,'

'It is all about that game and that makes it exiting especially coming after a good victory - that gives us a boost.

'We have the chance to do the double in these derby matches for the first time.

'It is a great opportunity for us as if you look at the league table there is opportunities.'

Can Swansea City do the double over Cardiff City on Sunday?

ii recon we should play cedric van der gun up frount more than luke moore ,, van der is aa goal scorer and scored every match hes played so far and luke moore cant evan find the back of the net

i highly disagree, luke moore is alot younger than van der gun, and it will sink moores confidence if he dosent start. plus i think hes getting better with each game he plays in. and van der gun has scored in most games hes played in, but they have been in the cup mostly against league 1 teams. plus i think moore puts in the effort more than van der gun. go on moore, score your first goal against the cardiff scum!!!!
