Wilson Denies Swans Interest In Jean-Francois
Swindon Town manager Danny Wilson says Swansea City have not shown any interest in defender Lecsinel Jean-Francois, despite reports today linking him with a move to the Liberty Stadium.
BBC Wiltshire reported earlier today that the 24 year-old could be set to join the Swans, but Wilson denied such suggestions:
'That is news to me. We`ve had absolutely no interest in Lecsy at all.
'It wouldn`t surprise me if we did because he`s had a couple of good games recently, but I know nothing about anyone making a bid for him.'
Swansea City boss Brendan Rodgers is still looking to sign a defender and a striker before the transfer window closes, and he failed in his attempts to sign Chelsea left back Patrick van Aanholt on loan. Former frontman Jason Scotland has also been rumoured to be making a return to the Swans.
