£100,000 Gueret Bid Rejected

Sky Sports News have reported today that we have turned down a £100,000 bid from MK Dons for French goalkeeper Willy Gueret.

After releasing Brian Murphy, Gueret remains the only goalkeeper at the club so a move for the Frenchman seems highly unlikely.

MK Dons were relegated to League Two last season as they now try to build a squad capable of returning to League One.

In other news, Wycombe Wanderers have now appointed Paul Lambert as their new manager.

Jackett has been waiting for the club to appoint a new manager before making a new offer for defender Roger Johnson.

The chairman had already turned down our first bid of 100,000.

Willy is worth a lot more than that three big reasons why he wount go: 1) He is very much part of the starting 11 2) MK dons drop in division not likely 3) 100,000 your having a laugh
