Swansea City Fail With Tate Red Card Appeal

Swansea City have failed with their appeal against Alan Tate's red card at QPR.

Alan Tate was shown a straight red after just 19 minutes into the Boxing Day clash on Boxing Day, but unlike Clint Hill who was also shown red, he'll still have a 3-match ban following a failed appeal.

Tate will now miss Saturday's home match against Reading, the trip to Leicester on January 3rd 2011 and the FA Cup 3rd round tie at home to Colchester on January 8th.

It's pointless appealing to the Welsh FA--- they are blatantly anti Swansea--- they never do anything for us--- based in Cardiff, follow Cardiff, all Cardiff---shocking!!!!

Yet another example of why incidents like this should be examined by a SINGLE Football Association. FA declare Hill's card void, but the FAW... what a joke of an organisation.

This should be referred on to UEFA or FIFA, it's an absolute joke!!!
